Online Family Constellations Workshops for US and Australia-Based Clients

Weekly live group sessions to explore family, relational, and unconscious patterns in a safe online space

Some struggles do not begin with us, yet they can shape the way we feel, relate, and move through life.

You may notice repeating patterns in relationships, a persistent sense of not fully belonging, emotional reactions that feel bigger than the moment, or a heaviness that does not seem fully explained by your personal story alone.

Family Constellations is a profound group process that helps bring hidden family and systemic dynamics into view, so that what has been unconsciously carried can begin to shift.

I offer weekly online Family Constellations workshops for US, Canada and Australia based clients who are seeking insight, movement, and meaningful inner change within a carefully held group setting.

Wednesdays, live on Zoom
2 hour workshop
For US participants Wednesdays 7:30 to 9:30 PM Eastern Time For Australian participants Thursday 9.30 to 11.30 AM AEST
Minimum 8 participants required for the session to go ahead

What is Family Constellations?

Family Constellations is a therapeutic and experiential approach that explores how unresolved family dynamics, losses, entanglements, and unconscious loyalties can continue to affect us across time.

Sometimes these patterns show up as:

  • repeated relationship difficulties

  • fears of abandonment or rejection

  • feeling unseen, excluded, or out of place

  • emotional burdens that seem older than our own biography

  • self-sabotage, guilt, or chronic inner conflict

  • difficulties with intimacy, confidence, or direction

  • grief that does not seem to move

  • patterns of overgiving, rescuing, or carrying too much for others

In a constellation, what is hidden can begin to become visible. This often brings a new understanding of what may have been operating beneath the surface, and can create space for greater clarity, relief, and inner movement.

As Bert Hellinger wrote, “The soul knows the way.” My role is not to force a process, but to help create the conditions in which what is ready to emerge can do so safely and with ease.

Why join online?

Online Family Constellations can be remarkably powerful.

You do not need to be physically in the room to experience the depth of this work. In fact, many people find that being in their own private space allows them to feel more at ease, more open, and more able to integrate what arises.

Online workshops allow you to:

  • join from anywhere in the US, Canada, Australia or elsewhere

  • access the work without travel

  • take part from the privacy of your own home

  • stay connected to a consistent weekly group process

  • receive support in a format that fits more easily into modern life

When held well, an online space can still be deeply moving, relational, and precise.

Who this is for

These workshops may be a good fit for you if you are:

  • aware that certain patterns in your life keep repeating

  • drawn to inner work that goes beyond surface level coping

  • curious about the role of family and ancestral dynamics in your emotional life

  • seeking a deeper kind of healing around relationships, belonging, grief, identity, or stuckness

  • emotionally mature enough to take part in a respectful and likely emotional group process

  • open to an experiential approach rather than purely talking about your struggles

You do not need prior experience with Family Constellations to attend.

What happens in a 2 hour workshop?

Each workshop is held live on Zoom and lasts 2 hours.

Within the session:

  • a small number of participants may have the opportunity to bring a personal issue or theme to be explored

  • others may take part as representatives within a constellation

  • everyone present contributes to the group field, and it is common for people to gain deep insight and healing even when they are not the focus of the process

Themes people bring often include:

  • relationship patterns

  • family conflict

  • grief and loss

  • feeling blocked in life or love

  • difficulty receiving support

  • people pleasing or chronic over-responsibility

  • repeating emotional pain that feels hard to explain

  • a sense of carrying something that does not fully belong to them

Every workshop is different. The process is guided carefully, and nothing is forced.

How the booking works

Because this work depends on a strong group container, each workshop requires a minimum of 8 participants in order to go ahead.

Booking process

  • You reserve a provisional place for the upcoming Wednesday workshop

  • The session is confirmed 24 hours beforehand once at least 8 participants are confirmed

  • Once the session is confirmed, payment is due in order to secure your place

  • You will then receive the Zoom details and final preparation information

This approach helps ensure that the workshop has the depth, stability, and relational field needed for the work to unfold well.

Pricing

$25 USD per workshop for regular participants
$35 USD single session attendance

If you are planning to attend regularly, this offers a more accessible rate for ongoing participation.

What to expect emotionally

Family Constellations can be deeply moving, illuminating, and at times unexpectedly tender.

This is not about being put on the spot or forced to share more than feels right. It is, however, a process that can touch deep emotional material, and where buried material in the family system can surface. I ask all participants to come with honesty, personal responsibility, and a willingness to engage respectfully with the group setting.

People often leave with:

  • greater clarity and insight

  • a felt sense of something shifting

  • more compassion for themselves and their family system

  • a new understanding of patterns they had struggled to make sense of before

It can be wise to keep the rest of your evening relatively spacious afterwards, so that you have time to reflect and integrate.

As Jung observed, “Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate.” In many ways, this work helps us begin that quiet movement from unconscious repetition into conscious relationship.

Who should not attend at this time

These workshops are not suitable for everyone at every moment.

This group may not be appropriate if you are currently:

  • in acute mental health crisis

  • feeling unsafe with yourself

  • experiencing active psychosis, mania, or severe paranoia

  • severely dissociated or too emotionally overwhelmed to remain present in a group setting

  • under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs

  • in need of immediate psychiatric, medical, or crisis support

If you are unsure whether this workshop is appropriate for you, please get in touch before booking.

Family Constellations is a powerful therapeutic modality, but it is not a substitute for medical care, psychiatric care, or crisis intervention.

About me

I am a naturopath and Family Constellations facilitator with a strong grounding in emotional, systemic, and trauma informed work.

My approach brings together deep respect for the wisdom of Family Constellations with a careful, attuned presence that honours the pace of each individual and the integrity of the wider system. I work with sensitivity, compassion, discernment, and a commitment to creating spaces that feel both profound and safe.

This work matters deeply to me because I have seen, again and again, how much can begin to move when what has been hidden is finally witnessed with the right kind of presence.
