How Health Constellations Connect with Naturopathy
In my work as a naturopath, I often meet people who appear to be doing everything they are advised to do. They eat well, take the right supplements, follow carefully designed health plans, yet something still feels off. When this happens, it usually points to influences that sit beyond the purely physical.
Health Constellations offer a way of exploring what may be operating beneath the surface. This can include inherited family patterns, unexpressed grief, or emotional strain that has travelled through generations. These are influences that nutrition and supplementation, while essential, cannot always fully address on their own.
There is a model I find particularly meaningful known as the Five Levels of Healing. It recognises that symptoms may arise not only from the physical body, but also from emotional, mental, and spiritual layers. When attention is focused solely on the body, the original source of imbalance can sometimes be missed.
For me, genuine healing involves taking in the full landscape of a person’s experience. That means supporting the body, but also acknowledging the stories we live with, the emotions we have learned to suppress, and the deeper reasons we may not feel settled, supported, or truly well. This is where my work naturally converges.
Naturopathy works by strengthening the body through nutrition, herbal medicine, and natural therapeutic approaches.
Health Constellations address the emotional and ancestral dynamics that may be influencing health quietly in the background.
When combined, these approaches complement each other beautifully, offering a more complete and integrated path toward healing.
